Think we're zoning in on how you rub people the wrong way diddy.

"A little nervous playing a zone D... we struggled in the scrims vs DD and it's been AGES since we've faced one in a ladder/league game. This is the kind of game where you see WR/TE fumbles, which we've had issues with in the past... and the low chem on all but one of our WRs/TEs cause the probability to be even higher. We will see if our guys are up for the challenge tomorrow."

I read that -- and I see: there are no compliments there. I read "going to be fumbles...and my guys fumble AND MY GUYS HAVE LOW CHEM (we know)"

in your second post:

"I'm saying they are a good zone team and their big strength on defense is our weakness on offense (turnovers)"

YES. That is a compliment. That makes sense. That shows your opponent respect.

Wow. GG East Coast Dragons.

Para: I guess you shouldn't have overlooked this game.

I didn't, but got my butt handed to me.

just want to point out ive said for a very long while that our tier has been stacked and we had some solid teams that would make a run at vet. general consensus was that there was only 2-3 good teams and a bunch of cans, but now we are starting to see how good some of those "can" teams really are. still surprised ECD was able to beat a team like logzilla though, wouldnt have bet on that one

If I say I'm a bit nervous about the game, you're a good team. I shouldn't have to come out and say word for word your strengths and weaknesses. I was talking strategy. Zone teams are tough to plan for if you haven't faced a good one in a long time. If I tlk about your team in a vet forum before the game, you're a team worth worrying about, so take that as a compliment.

We have roughly 8-10 losable games a season... 4 of those we lost last season. This is one of those 8-10 games this season.

GG. I thought you were going to pull it out. Huge Laces Out FG at the end.

absolutely shocked at this one after southside beat them pretty handily thought you had this one in the bag.

Hostile handles Jarvis pretty easily. I think the incoming crop of veteran teams has been severely overlooked.

Hostile has been a top 5 team since rookie(including two #1's). Not sure who would overlook them. Unless you are referring to Boon's blind prediction.

Ya not sure why people would be overlooking top 10 teams from a tier that has now hit veteran with everyone else.

I don't mind being overlooked

Bronx and Hostile have been a good match since rookie. Always close, usually within 1 score either way.

S8 - Hostile Win 25-20
S9 - Hostile Win 30-24
S9 - Hostile Win 24-14
S10 - Bronx Win 48-34
S11 - Bronx Win 30-27
S12 - Bronx Win 36-31

Series tied 3-3.

Its a trend in this game. People seem to think the tier below isn't going to be any good when they reach Vet. It probably has something to do with the ladder once the S1 and S2 teams had build an elo buffer. It was harder for new Vet teams to break into the top 10 so they were sometimes viewed as inferior. The seasonal elo reset gives all teams an even playing field.

You haven't been overlooked by anyone. Not sure why it was even mentioned.

Right! I don't know anyone that thinks hostile isn't any good. They will be a top talent team.

Vet overall should be really challenging this season
