Yeah i know what you are getting at. Just saying though. As with LOL coaches could even have just been made coach for the championship. So it would be like 1 game 1 championship.

Think hes just trying to get 1 simple way however flawed it is. (any comparison is going to be pretty flawed)

If you take out my current season I would have 1:32 (since No Name won one gold trophy each of its seasons).

As it stands now: 1:53.5

EDIT: That's a lie. I forgot I had 4 or 5 losses last season after I bought a second team (on what eventually became SACKS).

Thanks mcgruff. Definitely impressive records by those guys but difficult to know which championship they really contributed on.
I'm unknown here but if I tried to get some useless GM positions I bet I could get some gold trophies this season. Wouldn't mean I know anything.
Again I'm not implying you and the others you mentioned don't know anything I'm just saying it gets too muddy to consider all gold trophies in my opinion.

I tried to figure out Galithor as an example that you mentioned. But I don't see how to find out what kind of gold ladder trophies they got. It isn't fair to only include championship gold as that is only half of the picture.

Agreed that it's flawed no matter what. Some teams have lolGMs, some teams have lolOwners. At the end of the day each post should stand up on its own merit regardless of who posted it.

But looking at the list up there so far, in your opinion where is it inaccurate and flawed?

I'm guessing it is a good indicator. You disagree. Where is the actual ranking this system provides incorrect?

If it ignores some very good coaches because they aren't owners, that makes it incomplete, but it can still be accurate for owners.

I'm just saying. GA's owner is magz, and he's a great guy I'm sure, and maybe knows something about GLB. But the success of GA is largely built on the backs of Gal, USC and myself. I know there are other teams like that.

There is sadly no real way to get a fair comparison, which sucks as it would be pretty cool. Maybe some kind of weighted system to weed out as much LOL GM stuff as possible (still be flawed) but for example the assistant STC is clearly a lol GM you only get .1 of a trophy!!

I just think that looking only at owners is going to severely limit your pool of input. That is all.

Some of you guys aren't doing it right. You're looking only at player page which doesn't show ladder gold. I show detroit leos (via his team blood and stuff) actually has 5 gold trophies for an astounding 5 golds in 115 games.

I believe Hawaii and Djibouti are both tied for the most gold gifs in GLB2

It would be nice if we could see MVPs won on the home page. That would be a good indicator of player building knowledge...or who is the best Spam Artists.
