Pretty interesting to see Omaha move to 4 with the extra win. Porn could finish 5 on the season winning out the rest of their ladder games.

lol yeah...There used to be a time where throwing in 5-2 Cat Blitz to Roll in at every formation and you could shut down almost all run Os pretty bad. Took some time until ppls saw how to abuse it badly. Nowadays I would only use it on 3 WR sets...otherwise the play served its purpose a long time ago

The extra ELO from winning a championship for some teams (1-5) is looking like a pretty strong advantage right now though.

I understand ELO - so don't need yet another explanation -- but just from a "that's interesting" stand point -- would be fascinating if Porn ends rookie with the most wins....and finished 4 or 5 (though I think they'll finish top 3)

By simply increasing the K value into oblivion, this apect will get worse and worse. I pointed that out the whole time

Not poking anyone honestly. Just pointing out that Omaha's extra win moved them ahead of Porn in the standings. Why wouldn't an Omaha win in tomorrows champ game do the same?

Considering I am not even confident winning out keeps Ashland at 1, I hardly believe that is similar.

I didn't look - but I assume the current top 4 are all in the championship game? Which has the highest ladder rank opponent?

That plus luck of the draw in the final ladder game could decide the ladder this season. I like it. Kind of has a BCS feel to it -- late season loss to an "underdog" knocks a season off course.

Really curious to see what happens to the ladder if Salty wins at the top of the hour. I can understand Atlanta and Omaha with wins over Porn but Salty?

fwiw, playoff's don't count for wins on the team screen so as far as the ladder is concerned they are actually in a 3 way tie for most wins right now. 4 way tie if you add Omaha and their win this morning. That is why I am most interested in what Salty does here in a few minutes because that would tie them in wins as well for the moment.

This type of ladder movement is good for the game. Other teams are playing better than Porn right now, so it's only right that they move up.

Agree..it's like college ball. Loose late and drop in the rankings.
