Good discussion guys. Sounds like gold B4I makes sense. We'll only have 2 HBs and skimping some on Toughness would be helpful. He's not a pure power back, but I think will still end up 90+ PR.

fwiw, B4I isn't widely used at the moment. You will be going out on a limb to check out how good it is somewhat.

Mr. Reliable is really popular for good reasons.

WCW's HB has B4I and it really doesn't look like it does anything for him when it fires except make him an easy tackle. No idea if it has done anything significant for him in terms of fumbles but a better choice of AP's probably could have been spent into making him a better HB.

It helps with morale and stamina loss.

Is it gold? If he's losing morale or energy after it fires at gold its probably broken.

I dunno if it is gold or not, just see it firing on their HB and QB a lot. But doesn't really seem to be doing anything towards making them better players overall. At least imo. Probably would be better off with either Freight Train or Grinder.

Granted it probably came in handy for GL Rollout QB spam considering that was just playing the morale game and waiting for the blocks to line up to break big gains.

Cue the little Hispanic girl that says "why not both?"

Powerback+Beast KR/PR -http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/86567 silver b4i

Blocking HB/Backup runner -http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/86459 silver b4i

Raaaaaaaaaaaage - http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/84924 bronze b4i

Fury - http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/87365 bronze b4i

All builds are open. I think it is the best SA for runners with less than stellar grip and I already play the moral lottery on my entire O.

Right but in the grand scheme of things it isn't making any sort of major impact on their running abilities. Meaning that GE's non superstar HB is probably wasting one of his golds and neutering his run attack from the get go.

Yeah, I probably wouldn't take it AND Mr. Reliable. I doubt the minimum roll for carrying grip stacks in any way.

Whether B4I makes a player better overall for stuff other than avoiding fumbles really boils down to how strong morale/energy are and how much it can help you preserve them.

We'll have it to gold on our GA elusive back by the start of next season, so we'll be able to see if it really does "freeze" energy loss after it fires.

Hut's goal isnt to break off long runs. It is to pound the ball up the middle for small gains while wearing down the defense. He will also gold surge.
