I can build 2 - 3 defensive players. I have a CB/SS/FS-level super star, I can build an LB, and maybe a DT, if you still need one.

If you could make a S* SS that'd be sweet. Coverage LB, and Run Stuff DT would be great as well

What sort of strengths do you want on the SS? Man coverage, I'm assuming, on the LB?
