I wouldn't even think of having a deep pass play of any sort. .... im telling you word to the wise if you want to win with this team I would run and if I passed I wouldn't pass nothing but short pass plays with quick in routs . and a lot of tight end passes
Edgar Molina is there best tight end . . just my opinion.

You looked at a team with a s* QB with one of the stronger arms in GLB2 and 2 s* WRs and decided you wouldnt throw any deep balls? Other then that watch the last few sims and your actually not far off the mark with running the short passing game and trying to pound the rock. Of course tactics change as you fall behind on the scoreboard. Dont know, maybe you would make a decent OC for some team out there. Next time you apply for a job talk to the team like you did here with me, dont be vague tell them what you would do with their offense, I disagree with not throwing the deep pass with the Gunslingers, but you just laid an offensive plan of attack out here, that made a little sense and might have convinced me to hire you if I were looking for an OC (Im not I do my own OC work) But point is this was way better than...

I would be a good oc . I haven't been one on this game but have played a lot of football games . I like to run with the power I mostly with a few other formation's .bring my own playbook . would need a strong fb,hb,qb, need a big o line to push some bodies . I will run it right down the throat of the opponent . let me know if this is what you want as a oc id be glad to help .

thanks jagatOr !! sometimes its like meeting someone for the first time and wondering ..... who the hell is this cat ..... lol . then to find out he could be someone you may could hang out with ....lol . I like creative criticize ...it helps anyone who wants to listen , and im definitely willing to take it and run ..... thanks again . the only reason I wouldn't pass as much with the gunslingers is the completion ratio isn't that good with the qb so it may be messing with his moral alittle bit , and the wr's may be facing some stiff compotation in the secondary not allowing them to be open . so reverting to a lot more running would help out the qb in boosting his confidents and staying focused through the hole game . ..... I looked a little deeper in to the gunslingers ,and another reason for short pass plays, and nothing but, is there o tackles suck big time . between them all they have allowed 50 harries and 9 sacks .... they are in bad need of some stronger tackles . the qb don't have any time to throw the ball . big mann , popeye Richie, dozer and Claudius is there best offence of lineman the rest need a lot of work or replaced with better players for a pass style offense . if there dead set on pass they will have to stretch out the opponents defense with a 5 wide west coast style . and use the short pass plays all the way to compensate for weeeeeeeek tackles on both side of the guards. all run plays would have to be right up the middle between the guards and center . lol just what I see .. or hold back the tight end but that guys a beast . they need to use him a lot more and the full back a lot more . both of them would serve good to help this offence get to scoring more points a game .
