I don't mind the starting points. But as steve pointed out last night, my moves haunt me until mid next season. Despite these players playing half a season with my team they will start around 50ish for the new season with any other guys.

You should be around 60ish Chemistry on your medium contract guys and about 70 for hte highes by season end. If you rotate high contracts around you could get all of them over 60.

might make just a little more sense if the offseason gives a +50 to chemistry -- rather than only having a 50 starting point when signed in the offseason.

does it go faster from 0 to 50? Because Romo's guys still aren't at 100 through 15 games with high contracts.

Also do you only gain chemistry through games? Because I got nothing for rollover.

Only through games.

Based on 2 games played for some of my earlier additions it looks like my medium contract guys won't hit 50 by the end of the season.

Could be right on the high contract thought though. Looks like it would be possibly to hit 60-70 through high contracts by the end of the season maybe.

The lower the chem the more you gain, your medium guys should get about 8 chem for their first game today.

I may be wrong, but I thought I remembered guys starting off at 0 gaining more the lower they were.

If there is a difference between chem raise from low to medium contracts that should be added to the description because the only difference in chem pick up ability shown is high contract giving 150% raise.

I'm pretty sure it goes like this.

Low Contract - 50 chem limit and 50% chemistry recovery
Medium Contract - No penalty or Bonus
High Contract - +25 Heart & 150% Chemistry Recovery rate


Just have to read into it like a lot of things in GLB2.
