Owners and GM's have access for sure, players might as well. Its on the stadium page.

Do long winning streaks give you a multiplier? Aside from Nightmare the Marvins seem to be inline with the other teams aside from the fact that the Night Riders for example got 2 extra playoff games.

well thinking logically a long winning streak would increase support in real life as well, since let's face it, most people aren't die-hard supporters, they like when their team is winning but when they are losing the dirt on the sidewalk is worth more.

Formula:
Win streak x
2 for low
1 for mid
.5 for high (round up).
Lose streak x
.5 for low (round down).
1 for mid
2 for high
So, a win that gives you a 5 game win streak would give 10 low income, 5 mid income, and 3 high income. A Loss that extends a streak to 8 games would give you -4 low, -8 mid and -16 high.
Example: When Gold Coast lost 3 in a row, we lost a total of:
Low: 0+1+1 = 2
Mid: 1+2+3 = 6
High: 2+4+6 = 12
from our support bars.
