If your CB's are the best man coverage guys around, your LB's can definitely get to the QB, and your D-Line can hold its own, go for it. I use an all man defensive playbook, so the 3-4 option comes up alot. I am a bigger fan of 4-3, but 3-4 can have its own benefits too. The four interceptions my team has (in Ladder games) came from the 3-4. 2 LB interceptions and two CB interceptions. It helps with hurrying the QB thus causing turnovers. With the inside rushing, just make sure your LB's are fast enough to stop the run in time. Higher power tackling equals more fumbles, but tackling grip, tackling tech, and strip tech are also effective enough too.
