To follow up, I just received a message from euchrid. Bort has been made aware of the issue. No ETA on a fix but hopefully soon.

Pickup games are like clicking a link for nudie pics and then getting a senior citizen with too much sexual exuberance...way too much. Stronger than 100 cold showers combined IMO.
(Talked to Bort about this one yesterday. Looks like it's working, but if you guys run into any more like this, please let us know.)
