Like I said, it is too easy to abuse the system. My wins as an owner include 100% OC/DC/STs coordination, another owner might have 0 involvement and just be a name with no players or responsibility. There's no way to differentiate between the two.

I agree with this as there are owners that I am involved with that really don't do anything but own the team, there are some that do more personnel stuff and some do all, so like TT has said, just because you own, doesn't give good indication.

500 wins, that's the number I figured when I was a noob. 500 GLB wins and you could consider yourself a legitimate coordinator. You need them for experience. To develop Your AI. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being good and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then, after, you realize that's what you are.

So...you think NFL owners actually do any game planning or drafting? owners are responsible for hiring a solid staff...not run the team.
