Not sure if my team has plans to stick around but this league seems competitive and has some active people...I'd like to catch on with a team.

I'm thinking that a combo of Yukiko to RCobb should put them both near the top of HOF. Not sure I can build a top of the Ladder team with only 2 S*, so probably going for stats/HOF rather than Championships/Ladder.

Also, thinking the Defense will be Torak and his crew (the evil/dark guys).

True, but it's there. (You ZEB blitzed plenty.). Watch my game against the Beers. We both did it to each other.

Then again, you only have one QB (I have 2) and on third and long you throw whereas I ran up the middle to avoid more Showboat/morale spiral.

Third and 10 is a throw. Third and 13 isn't. At least in my view.

My only potential advantage was to hit your one QB with more Showboats than my two QBs took. Did you invest in Dropback Grip? I was fumbling on sacks until I did.

Yeah, the ZEB was newly added to the playbook and not the only blitz that I ran. I run a minimum of three plays out of every D playbook.

There were just way too many times that my S* QB didn't throw to the 4 open men and that my open S* WRs who are all heavily invested in receiving skills dropped the ball when it was thrown. The thing about engage 8 is that you don't even bother covering the WRs, they play way off. So when the QB is under early pressure, especially given the 22 sacks in the game, he should be looking for that quick throw on first and second down (given that not one of the receivers are covered for the first ten yards). I know that the QB is set up to not throw on 3rd down until the WRs have hit the first down marker, so it is an auto-sack on 3rd and long unless you run or throw a screen. I'm going to throw a suggestion at Corn that maybe that should be a check box instead of hard coded into the sim.

Whatever, dust off, make adjustments, go play again next season.

20 dropped passes total (13 on TT's side, 7 LZ's) and even though I haven't watched the game I'm sure a good majority of those had minimal coverage. Even though it's rookie ball 20 drops between the 2 championship teams at the end of the season is ridiculous.

And as such is basically the reason I'm planning on resetting. I can play the ground game until catching is fixed to be a little more... not retarded. The passing game just ticks me off.
