Yeah, played Tropico 5 a bit.
Early game seems more difficult, in that there's actually a threat of being attacked compared to the previous two games. Transitioning from mid-game to end-game just gets to a point where it becomes ridiculously easy. I was earning money faster than I could spend it before finally getting bored.
Without changing settings, disasters seem to either happen more of be more of a pain in the ass than previous games as well, and I find that it doesn't do much more enjoyment. Yes, I know that they can be turned off, but I'm generally a "purist" and like to play the game how it was meant to be played.
