I send contracts to every active free agent I see. I post in the teams looking for players section where a few hours later it is on page three if I don't bump it. I got two superstar players now. I search the players looking for teams forum where they promptly decline my offer every time. Maybe I won't get anymore players but it is not because I have "done nothing".

I bought my team yesterday afternoon around 4 PM CST.

Also, throwing a hissy fit will not get you anywhere. No one wants to play for a whiner.
