Xav you guys were on fire stopping the pass in the 1st:

1st qtr: 5-16 for 62 yards

2nd qtr: 7-13 for 83 yards

3rd qtr: 13-22 for 130 yards

4th qtr: 15 for 27 for 170 yards

Next time tell your guys to play every quarter like its the 1st quarter. You're welcome.

Less than 20 points is always my goal.

Do you know how odd it is that my running team usually loses the time of possession, and hence, plays from scrimmage battle?

And we even had 10 and 11 play drives (alas poor QB Rollout, I knew thee well...) and lost on time of possession.

We have teensy tiny conditioning problems on defense that result from not having had to care about defense beyond all-out blitzing pre-nerf since we could always count on our offense to just outscore anybody that managed to survive said blitzkrieg.

You might have a shot if I lose later. I think you and VS have slowly been closing the gap -- and we've been getting our butts kicked in ladder play here lately.

That will be tricky. We're only 14 spots back, which means they only need to drop 4. However, even if Minnesota loses their ladder today, they have a much, much better league opponent tomorrow than we do which will let them make up ground on us again.

And I wouldn't even bet against them in that ladder game...

The biggest obstacle is that our final two league opponents are overall ranked 242 and 297. That means while we'll grab a few ELO marbles from their bag, you're gonna grab a lot more in your league games.

True -

being in a very strong league (Adams) seems to be a good benefit in the ladder...I get several top 10 soph ladd games per season (including playoffs).

We have #15 in league tomorrow - which helps if we win...but at the same time - the chance of me losing to #15 is infinitely larger than the chance of you losing to a garbage team.

We beat our last two opponents by a combined score of 228-34 the first time around.

I'm putting the odds of us losing either game at only a minuscule more likely than Obama winning in 2016...

And D'Haran beats Nebraska.

My "predictions" are not good - I should stick to simple data entry: here are the games....

It leads to trash talking in future threads which is really all these predictions should be used for

Or bring me to the sports book and just bet the exact opposite of me.
