Cobras got bitten last time around, they didn't take the Bowlers as seriously as they should but I think they fix it this time around and win it.

Cobra, Cobra: 30-24 Cobra

Berkley has some core S*s one rank behind who are able to compete at the tier above now. Dunno if it's just that we have Cobra's number but maybe time to take us a little seriously!

I'm dying to see if you do.

So far I've tried heavy preassure, man coverage, and zone coverage against out route passing teams. The zone thing actually stopped the out routes from being total killers, but in the process left the middle of the field wide open even though there were always supposed to be guys in coverage there.

I really do think it'll take fixing coverage to play more 'real' to get that under control, but apparently watching QB's pass for 500+ yards every game isn't as bad as seeing QB's run for 400.

Unfortunately I probably won't get to see it in action against Air Raid as it may be OG is best set up for it. Though I still need to get my SS's in line too. Corndog will probably finally fix this stuff though when I finally get everyone on the same page.

I'll say it. Your builds probably suck

Yeah, Berkeley is definitely underrated, their passing attack is on the same level (or close to it) as Air Raid, LL, and AC. Calum Rallon in the WR3 spot is just a hair under AC's Cobb in the WR3 spot for the most dangerous WR at seasoned level, imo.

Fixing coverage is really important, here's some speculation and assumptions:

They can't fix drops right now because passing is already too good, but if coverage gets fixed and actually works they can. Once drops are fixed, it'll be a lot harder to spam the all out blitzes because screens and dumps offs will actually be effective against them. If zone defenses actually start working and teams start calling them more, it may even open up the middle of the field and let teams run up the middle again effectively, which isn't an option now due to the Middle Overload spam.

What's wrong with drops?

Screens and short dump offs mostly. The ones that are wide open. But understandable it would be op if they change it so I'm fine with it currently. The dynamic needs to change tho.

Oh yeah. I definitely believe the shorter throws have higher catch difficulty. Less time for receiver to adjust to a poor throw and get good positioning for a higher catch chance try.

Well now. The good news is, Hawaii is within 10 ranks of Salty! So there's a chance that Salty will get Hawaii next Ladder, which would leave Harrisonburg facing us.

Corndog, this is worth forcing on your end. Air Raid needs to destroy Harrisonburg's blitz. The people demand it! Tdiddy needs a new motivation. What better motivation than to have him jump on the BHall/Xavori "fix coverage" bandwagon!

Don't forget I'm a firm believer in fixing those coverage turns. Not to mention i had a triple covered guy catch a pass yesterday and I wasnt too happy about that.
