Its obvious that people arent understanding what I am saying so let me try to clear this up. Our scout O is in not because thats what our OC put in for the game, our scout O is in because our OC didnt put anything in and so the sim is putting the scout O in as default.

So if this has happened 3 times, why wouldn't your owner or GMs pick one of his run heavy playbooks just in case he doesn't change it?

No we perfectly understand what you are saying. It is just becoming harder and harder to accept when 80% of your games this season appear to be "scout o".

The playbooks themselves must be pretty close to identical outside of some GL Stuff because they are pretty much always running the same plays regardless.

Thats why I'm talking to Hos (owner today) going to see if he can move me from DC into a position where I have access to both offense and defense so I can prevent this cause trust me I much rather get beat knowing that they out played/coached us rather than lose because no tactics were put in, its embarrassing.

Yes our scout O is different from our normal offense, a lot different. What is going on is our OC isnt putting in a game plan at all. Hes letting the game sim with our scout O or for a simpler term our OC has been mia for 3 ladder games this season.

Maybe its time you look for a new OC...
