Oh...and my CB (who once upon a time bhall declared as not very good) is #5 on the current overall HOF list and #1 on seasoned (he finished #1 on sophomore which tells you everything you need to know about bhall's future as a football talent scout).

I suspect he's just another INT or two out of 1st overall

Cool to see so many Seasoned players doing well on the overall rankings. Guess we finally got our teams close enough to the top of the overall ladder for the algorithm to start scoring the player results as more valuable.

LeeJohn? He's so far up because he's seeing a TON of targets thrown at him. Sure the INTs help, but they are inconsistent. His stamina is probably really high seeing that many targets. He's still allowing 56% of the passes thrown his way to be caught... not all that great at all if you ask me

Hell, I have the #3 seasoned HoF CB, he's allowing like 45% of passes thrown his way to be caught, and I still don't think he's that great

CB HoF rankings are one of the examples of positions where HoF rankings don't necessarily show how good your guy is

Obviously you fixed him since then.

106 targets is about average for cb's.

Let's just ignore his damn near 50% completion rate against. <3

I dunno maybe it's just because people end up passing a ton to catch up to us but it's pretty average for my cb's

Probably just have more CB sets covering TEs/backs. I know diddy runs a lot more with linebackers than you do.

If Harrisonburg played in a different league, you'd likely be seeing at least that many targets on your CB1. He's only getting a few extra snaps per game, but with so many pass first teams playing us using primarily 2 WR's sets, he picks up a lot of targets.

For example, in the game with DADDY, he only had 43 snaps, but was targeted 15 times (and grabbed one of his INT's)

Aww. You don't remember right after criticizing him:

'Tis still one of my fav plays ever just because it was so very karmic

i WISH I was in a pass-heavy league... sigh. I would totally unleash my OLBs

I HATE that my league is run heavy. Stopping the run is not my thing... my LBs have been sitting back stopping the run and are getting antsy for some QB roadkill

Ya'll know that if you run a zone play, nobody gets credit for a target?

The number of targets is wholly irrelevant.

It doesn't really work against good passing teams who have built their QB's well. What you end up with is a bunch of hurries which have only minimal effect on receptions.

Now, my stupid cow defense is getting a few more sacks, but it's entirely predicated on Corndog "fixing" QB Rollout. If he undoes superman defense and outside running nerfs, I'll have to go back to playing real defenses which will in turn mean a lot fewer sacks.
