The issue is that whether you run it 10% of the time or 90% of the time, the impact on how the defense can gameplan is the same. You must sell out to try and stop this play, leaving every other aspect of your defense completely vulnerable.
Except that when the offense calls goalline, it's effectively a totally separate defense from anything else. It gets it's own page in the playbook and it's own line on the tactics.
You don't sell out to beat rollout, you just run something totally different than anything you run any other time because you are a)absolutely sure it's not a pass, and b) not really as afraid of the up the middle stuff.

That's true, but I'm just saying that we aren't full blown cheesers.
Just half blown.

This is only because of inept OCs not tossing HB Sting or Blast into the same playbook. Why you'd bother to do your inside runs from a different formation blows my mind. Teams are lining up in 3-2-6 and just giving away the inside against Goalline.
I could see Big I being used, if only because putting a FB or TE at the WR might make QB rollout left just as nasty. Then you'd do inside runs from that formation too.

The problem with the other QB outside runs is that the o-line completely ignores the DE or OLB playside who than prances happily into the backfield for a guaranteed TFL.
So as far as QB running goes, you have a bunch of good inside runs, and 1 good outside run.
And when you contrast that with the HB's who have a bunch of good inside and outside runs, you kinda see why I wish I could remake Yorick's offense now, but will live with remaking it over the course of the season.

Probably because it is... most people blew their SS load in S2.
We just shoved our S3 SS's into DADDY.
I'm not even sure what squads, outside of Xav's humble band of gents, are even in that tier.

How, exactly, would you build your blockers any differently for HB rushes as opposed to QB rushes?

For starters, my HB wouldn't have blocking skills and would instead already be well on their way with their running skills. The only reason we don't get more TD's on HB sweeps is that they're about 3/4's of a season behind where they would be otherwise.
And I'd only have 1 QB since I wouldn't be killing them with the rollouts, and said QB would just max leadership asap which would help my entire offense.

faster, far more aware, more emphasis on holding the block instead of cakes etc.

There are a couple good ones that will probably stand out as they climb in seasons. Victorious Secret, Rhode Island Falcons, Holy Guacamole, and Lincoln City Red Imps are the ones we will probably see doing well in the later seasons due to offensive scheme.

I'd go with the entire top twenty of sophomore being pretty good.
The worrisome part for the game, tho, is that most of those teams have coaches from higher tiers. It'd be nice to see some new blood having success.

I knew I made the right choice in keeping my average rookie team and letting them play sophomore teams.

Hopefully that'll be the DC Corrupt Politicians.
