We come here and play on flicking CPU teams because team ownership is not permitted. It's bad fucking business. It's like making a downpayment on something you will never be allowed to use. People want to buy teams, players desperately need teams but none of it is allowed. This game and company deserve to fail if admin can't even check the game's status, or maybe they just don't care about those who have invested time and money into this fucking garbage product. It's and easy fix bit they just don't give a damn about their investors or are that fucking lazy. This game was suppose to be marketed for new agents yet you all are telling me only experienced agents can play on human teams. This is a fucking joke. Get off the fucking couch Bort and save your company.
I'll grant you, there are enough free agents to fill 28 teams (Journeyman only). That's a rough number based on the number of free agents at each position and dividing it by the number of players (on average) I believe those positions are used on teams. In theory, Bort could add two more Journeyman leagues. There would still be 81 QBs without a human team...148 HBs...59 TEs...80 WRs...67 DTs...80 DEs...62 LBs...65 CBs...44 FSs...20 Ks...20 Ps...
Point being, you'd still have a FA problem. What's worse, I'd guess a good number of the free agents have sub-optimal builds and some are just plain bad. If you're just looking to field a team, that's fine. Most people, however, want to win. I don't think you could build many winning teams out of the current free agent crop.
We just ended an offseason cycle about a week ago. There was ample opportunity to build a new player during that time. Hell, I started a team and built 11 players myself. I didn't plan on building that many but did because I wanted to fill the roster. I would've loved to have some more agents involved and was willing to help anyone who asked.
My advice, play around this season. Maybe look around for rookie teams still looking for players (they exist) and build an experienced player for them. Look for someone wanting to take on a coordinator and learn to coordinate. Get involved with human teams so you can start to see what's working and what isn't.
Then, around midseason, get busy. If you plan to buy a team, start recruiting for builders. Showcase what you've done with the limited opportunity you've had and sell people on yourself in GLB2.
In short, stop complaining because of your lack of cares for the game and do something about it.
