Seems like it would be reasonable and fair for admins to just add X to their ELO....

otherwise -- they'll work through rookies...then sophs....before they even get to seasoned..

LOL not sure about that though.. Still losing games to Osprey teams which is very believable, but each loss to Journeyman, does it outweigh a win in Rookie?
