Well despite accidentally using the All Blitz preset (which is awful in case anyone was wondering) on you guys just now DADDY still managed to pass enough all over you that it didn't end up mattering.

That feeling. Lost many good laptops because of that...well, not really, but someday

And you did just shoot your whole "goal line defenses can't defend the QB sweep" argument right in the foot as you did in fact defend the QB sweep pretty well using those defenses. In fact, you did much better against the QB sweep than the normal HB sweeps.

On the Tampa side, I apparently choose poorly when faced with the "Nobody in the secondary can cover Lambourgini or Kade deep" problem. I tried giving them lots of over the top help. It didn't seem to matter as your QB instead had enough time to go find any of the other WR's who invariably would find a way to get open.

le sigh...

It started out ok but the worst part about those defenses is that they go to mostly zone when a team is in pass crisis mode and those zones just leave players in wide open areas too often.

Of his 7 rushes he had 2 losses and 4 gains of 10 to 30ish yards. And this is in seasoned where defenders actually have some reactionary skills to defend it. I dunno if I really shot anything in the foot there. Also we had already brought up in that thread that while the GL defenses might disrupt the QB sometimes they are certainly awful against the sweep. I did have a much better defense planned though that should left that game in a blowout imo but that will have to wait for another day i suppose. Just felt lucky enough to survive that shit show. :/

Kade is ridiculous. Though a non superstar dropped 4 TD's on you.

We did pretty well on offense despite recently signing an actual passing QB for the first time and throwing him out there. CME avoided getting sacked on 13 dropbacks due to his 60+ pocket awareness. GG. I didn't get a chance to gameplan because I didn't see the ladder match until late last night. I'll have a better GP next time we meet!

I don't think it's possible to get enough footwork to cover Kade straight up in man.

I've got other ideas for the future tho since I know I'm gonna get at least one more chance to figure something out.

Thanks for the Kudo's Gal but it's all Xav (LL) and Rom (DVB) keeping me in games. Great D from both of them.

If Tampa still had Landers instead of Upton O'Good, the result may have been different

back to your old tricks... I remember the reverse psychology stuff rookie season

stop acting like you don't have a chance... you very well know you have a very legit chance of beating us tomorrow

Looks like you may have this one in the bag, two hours before the game and Paul M hasn't put in an offense yet

How do teams not move around more after losing/winning?

Not talking about Hawaii, but I'm saying in general, in a new season I feel like there should be more lolmovement early.

Air Raid stayed 7th in tier, but we jumped 3 spots on the overall ranking by winning this morning. Makes sense to me sense Los Cabos wasn't higher ranked than us, so the win value wasn't as great.
