And it's just annoying to have another person spam scrim you with another team outside your league until they get their AI in order for a league game in a couple hours.

Yes there's ways around it... but that's a lot more work than we feel we should have to put into it.

If there were more default settings... we would just do that. But we're not going to set a default AI and manually change it per game. Bhall makes adjustments in the current AI from game to game if he sees fit. We shouldn't have to not only do that, but make sure the right AI is called etc etc for every important game. It's about as tedious as this fucking post.

So now you see why I miss "tagging" for so many games.

It's a pain in the ass, no one did this to me in glb1, so having to do this crap in glb2 just blows.

I'd hate to turn off scrims, because lord knows I'm not paying 50 flex for a scrim, but its just annoying when ppl like Thunderoo wanna scrim you night before the ladder game then beat the fuck out of you when it counts.

...you realize that turning off the quick scrim option still lets you send out scrims, right?

The scrimming a team after you know they are up next on your schedule is dirty, but you get at least 24 hours advance on your ladder match-ups so most people should have time to plug in a different tactics set. Usually when I'm about to play a team that has "dirty" scrimmed others in the past I turn off quick scrims until the game is over.

My biggest pet peev is seeing a bunch of useless games on my schedule and needing to sift through them. What sense does it make to do that?

And I don't mind closing our scrims off at all as it is no big deal to me since the only scrims I generally look at our ones in which I have initiated.

See that I don't really care all that much about. I mean ya sometimes I will be like "damnit Paraboon, ya scrimmed me like 20 times today." But that's whatever. If we had a game that day though I would call that pretty weak and at that point I guess I just need to put up the road block.

Not saying it's not a valid tactic, I'm just naming it after it's founder and find it pretty amusing.

Actually, you've got the wrong guy on those scrims. Also, I don't use scrims to scout other teams. Scrims for me are all about seeing what my guys are actually doing when I call plays. I care not at all what the other team is doing since I just assume every one of the top teams is running bogus playbooks.

Now, if you really want to keep me from scouting you, just run bogus playbooks in your ladder and league games because I do use those for scouting. Good luck with that.

Btw, it's definite lulz that bhall has reached a level of paranoia where he's convinced that if I know what he's doing, I can beat it.

It isn't paranoia at all. The game has limited capabilities at this point so unless some outrageous RNG happens, good plays ran are gonna be good plays ran. I don't fault you for using such tactics, it just makes me more aware of whether our scrims are open.

So what are you going to do about your league and ladder games? No way are those ever going to be closed which means I'll always have somewhere to look to get an accurate read on how your team plays. At this point, I can do most of it just looking at the box score for a minute or two.

Besides, the team you really, really need to be worrying about this season, just like last season, is Glasgow. They're the only team in our seriously overpowered league you can't point at and say, "They do this, so we need to do this." In fact, if you paypal me...I don't know...$200, I'll tell ya how to beat every other team in our league.
