Thanks for all the help. Final question I guess is how does promotion work? If you had a player turn sophomore and your team stayed in rookie would you lose them?

To add to this, you could create an inexperienced player today, have them sit unsigned for a year, and then sign to a rookie team in March of 2015 if you so desired.
