In essence, this is why. I considered doing something like this with the equation:

(Receptions NOT allowed - PDs - KLs) + ((PDs + KLs)*1.25) = D
Targets / D = Pass Defense Rating

This would give more weight to passes defended via more direct intervention by the CB. I did collect the data for PDs, I just decided not to use it. In the end I decided it all really comes down to "did the receiver get the ball, or not?"

I'd consider putting in the time for any position, but at this point I think I'm most likely to go for positions that aren't represented in the HOF (QB/HB/LB). Maybe something for safeties?

Yeah, I just now am seeing this list.

I remember telling everyone how I screwed up the builds on my D secondary. Either I'm picking plays to put them in better position to make the stop, or I'm just getting good scores because I have a low avg ranked league.

Either way, good to know that I'm not way behind because I put a big emphasis on power tackling early on (only to later put my emphasis in other places).

I might be on that list too, because my FS/SS production in the turnover department is pretty high from what I can tell.
