My LB, Ultra Mann, has Meth Balls.

There's a whole backstory involved, but the relevant part for this is that he was basically a lab rat for a Scandinavian mad scientist who, while doing tests on the limits of human aggression, would inject crystal meth directly into Ultra Mann's testes.

It happened so much that he is now the world's only organic meth lab.
