Sprinting for all purposes is your top speed.
How quick you accelerate to top speed is based on quickness.
How long you maintain your top speed is based on conditioning.
If you are a defender and you are in a turning motion that is footwork.
I am assuming quickness runs your sharp cut motions though instead of footwork. Footwork is sort of a new aspect to me but it has definitely helped my turning motion on defenders and it controls spins so there is that.
Everything else really depends significantly on what you are doing whether you are carrying the ball, covering a receiver, running a route, or tracking down the ball. Those things are all effected by a number of different attributes.
