There is no use predicting end-builds and finding out how many SP you'll get in your lifetime, and thinking that there will not be enough SP. Bort could up the SP distribution in season 6 for all we know.

GLB1 was completely different in season 10 than it was in season 1. We had no AEQ, the training wasnt as complicated, less skill points, no endorsements, no BTs, and many other things.

This. I am doing a little gambling on Slow Builds no doubt, but I believe it is a worthy risk.

And too add to the Max thought, you are also spot on. I may not take Speed to 100, but I have the option, where others don't. Along with having a crap ton of other skills I may or may not Max, or at least take higher. I LOVED the fact that Slow Building added to EVERY skill. This allowed me to have a bunch of options on builds.

I wasted a bunch of flex testing players (partially because I had so much lol), go look at my retired players page, utterly ridiculous. But what I ended up with is a bunch of players that have a bunch of skills I can take high.

As Euro discussed, I think changes will be made, and if it pans out that Slow Building wasn't worth it in the long run, we may see something like that added.

But I will stick with my opinion that it is a worthy choice. There are different ways to build, and I don't believe Slow Build is a bad one.

Slow builds can be good too though. My Slow Build QB is on #32 ladder team in GLB2. We beat the Stunners and Ronin in a scrimmage yesterday. 90+ QB rating. Slow Build doesnt mean you wont be good.

Being good depends on a team to be honest, i have another identical build QB but he is doing worse because the team he is on has extremely poor pass protection. I seen worse builds do better because they are on a good team. Strategies help too of course.

That would be some BS if he did. That would blatantly help the slow builds and hurt the regular or fast builds. If he does decide to up the SP dist, he should start with the Rookie's and leave the rest as be.

if you do the early bloomer then that was a premeditated choice to develop within a season or 2 therefore they have no argument and it wont hurt the regular build people necessarily they can finish out their regular build.

I guess it would depend on how many extra SPs he decides to give.

Well my ENTIRE team is slow build, so I would say they can be good.

I would say where they are today has no bearing on whether it is a good strategy. The difference in SP's is tiny at this point, and easily overcome by build synergy, good gameplanning, and the RNG.

Constant winning isn't random, so I wouldn't put much of our success on the RNG. But on the other aspects, (builds, gameplanning) I tend to agree, although in many cases my players flat out perform others.

Again, if you are looking for more of a balanced team, with players who have more skills, then SB isn't for you. I on the other hand, want a team full of players who are specialized, which SB is perfect for.

Basically this argument is moot until another season or so. Otherwise, I think if you know how to build, your players will be good either way.
