also, the upper tier leagues are rotting already and those players aren't coming to pee wee now so I really don't see that happening.

I don't mean to be a downer or anything but its just a little saddening to see something a lot of us cared about so much goin in this current direction

This was a very experimental team for LE, and it doesn't look to be working as well as he thought, so he is just giving up the ghost to focus on his other PW duties. No big deal, people do this frequently. It's easy to get back into PWG, just wait for a team that isn't being demoted to go CPU right at the end of the season, or just spend one season in PWS.

He has also stated that he is retiring multiple times and that never happened so I would imagine if this game is still kicking, jkid will buy flex if he ever runs out.

I haven't talked about that in almost 10 seasons and I don't plan on retiring anytime soon. I'm actually more committed to pee wee now than I was then, just much less to GLB as a whole. I don't run my other teams like I used to and I dropped GTS for this season as well. I have a large amount of flex left, probably enough for about 10-15 seasons, and I think my flex will outlive GLB to be honest, I can't see GLB surviving 10-15 seasons, which would be another 2 years plus. I think we're making too much of a big deal about this anyway. LE stated very clearly that this was to be an experimental team for this season, so I don't see this as a huge event.

Yeah, I wasn't planning for this thread to turn into a, 'Why did LE sell his team/GLB is done" thread. I just noticed that he had all of his builds open and I was wondering why he was doing that.

haha don't you know that's what every thread on the forum eventually turns into... GLB is dead, or GLB1 is dead or we hate GLB2.

...actually, pretty sure that you talked about it on the radio show recently, but haven't checked that to confirm exactly what you said ...from memory, what I understood you to have said was that you not planning to buy any more flex until GLB2 shows you reason to and obviously, it not looking like convincing anyone of it's worth as yet but you are keeping an eye on it

No, I was referring to leaving GLB. That's what I haven't talked about in 10 seasons. I've talked about flex quite often recently though.

This is where your wrong. I'm done with this game. I may check the MB from time to time but I am pretty sure I am no longer playing GLB as this was my last season. Good luck Pee Wee gents!
