if the min salary is x, medium salary is x + y where y is a constant % of x, and high salary is x + z with the same qualifier on z, so if a super star has +%150 of min salary this just makes the min salary the new x, so if min salary is 100k, and medium is +%50 for 150k, and high is +%100 (these numbers are wrong i'm just making an example) and if this player is a super star then min is 250k, medium is +%50 for 375k, and high is +%100 for 500k
well then you can just use 150% of current wage whatever it is since it's all multipliers
i think traits are added together so other traits wont be taken 150% of, like egotist would multiplie with 2,62 off a basic wage, and not add multiplie with 1,12 and then with 2,5
and i feel sad that corndog get's all the glory for discovering it's a +150%

The 150% by itself isn't what scares me. It's when you throw on the extra % that some players might add - a Superstar Speedster Egotist WR is going to be +180%, Egotist Pass Rusher Superstar DE for 176%, that it'll get really onerous. But it's the price to be paid. Literally.

If you don't have them already after they became sophomores, it's because you created them after day 24. Such "experienced" players forfeit the sophomore superstar point.
