TE/BTE is because you have 2 TEs on the field in some formations. B isn't "blocking" it's "Big Formation" TE, essentially.

You can have an "RHB" when there's a formation with the HB and an HB lined up to the Right of him, and thus the HB and the RHB.

It's a good balance to not be able to tag players or w/e but it's also b.s. you can't in any way favor a certain rb in shotgun formation, etc. From pee wee up to the pros, on any stage of football, the better catch and runner gets the nods on passing and screen plays simply because he's better in open space, but no so much in 2 te sets given his inability to push players forward and often increased fumbling tendencies. I get that this isn't real football, but yas gotta start adding some kind of correlation to real life football. There needs to be some kind of fix for this or everybody's eventually going to end up with cookie cutter builds and it'll just be GLB1 again.

Lol the ability to exchange between a scat back and pure rusher isn't going to make builds less cookie cutter. In fact it only makes things absolutely worse because instead of picking between the need for catching or not you wind up going the no brainier path of pure receiver or pure rusher. Pretty dumb.

While the entire point of glb2 was to be far more casual than glb1 for agents, it allows for far more control offensively than casual I'm glb1 and really is pretty close to regular in terms of play selection without progressions or custom slots.

Well there is like 0 reason for anyone to make a pass catching rb unless he can be swapped out so there goes that builds.

If you try and imbalance your rb for speed he will fumble too much, have too little confidence, etc so there goes the speedster build.

So what's left? Power/inside runner? Guess what happens once someone makes the best inside rusher build? Copycat cookie cutters across the board. Are you arguing that people shouldn't stop making certain builds JUST because they're second rate? Good point

The ability for your team to not play with 10 players on passing plays is a pretty good reason.

So then we're all forced to make players certain ways? Doesn't make it less cookie cutter

Ya 0 reason...that is why 2 of the top offenses in the game have pure receiving backs. I guess you have it all figured out. Power or bust!

Not sure how you came to that conclusion, but alright.

Again it is more cookie cutter to make a pure scat or a pure rusher than having to pick and choose abilities in one mold.

So their teams throw 100 percent of the time? Sweet they'll be up for a rude awakening when the extremely limited offensive control once defenses generally figure out how to like, you know, compete.

And then the RB being able to rush to some degree instead of just run out for passes would be beneficial, and then it's not cookie cutter because going 100% one way or 100% the other way doesn't work, so you'll have to choose some numbers between 100 on both of them.

Ya I'm truly the one in for the rude awakening. Wonder if I'll even be in the top 100 teams? Lol
