Sunderland and Norwich have a good relationship in football. Ever since we played them in a cup final in the 80's.

Hmm, thought I made a failsafe for that awhile ago.

Yeah, there's actually two failsafes that should keep that from happening.

Oh, and on top of those two, if you do somehow manage to retire while on a team, it should cut you.

Apparently that didn't happen in this case. I'm going to cut the WR tonight, will that be a problem?

Player has been cut now.

I know I was able to retire a player on a CPU team which still shows him on the roster.

Time to check over all rosters to see if this is a problem . . . You may have players on your team that don't exist and have no points applied.

We think these players might be remnants of a bug shortly after launch...where players wouldn't be cut if retired while on a CPU team, and they somehow slipped under the cracks until now lol

If you find them, cut them.

We could run a script that automatically cut them all, but then teams would be down one player without knowing why. Otherwise they will just expire at the end of the season anyway.

Anyone who has players to fill from this bug. I can make w/e you need.

Yep I have two retired players that I put on D-League teams that are still leveling up and gaining SPs on the team. I can still apply SPs to these retired players as well lol

Edit: You can also still buy SP and career boosts on retired players
