What determines the max amount of points can be in a skill? My max elusiveness is 79, how could I make that in the 90s? I have rusher, quick feet and slow built.

Could've lowered strength to 3 or 4 and taken agility to 8 or 9 to get a higher elusiveness cap.

You can use your cap boosters to push the cap to 94 by the end of the build.
