Figure out yourself, I don't know why you all feel entitled to someone telling you how to play. FOBY - Find out by yourself

You can tell the difference between GLB classic early users and late comers. In the early days of GLB1 there were no guides. They were all created by users through trial and error, and you latecomers benefitted from our early mistakes.
Now it's your turn to take the lumps nd create the paradigms. Have at it.

Testers also made a direct request for Bort not to divulge all he did in later GLB classic seasons. The Q&A's ruined a lot of the mystery and strategic advantage gained by discovery.

Wouldn't that have testers have an edge over the rest?

No, because Bort didn't answer those questions for us. We just played GLB2 the same way it's all being played by the public now.
Do testers have an advantage from playing the game earlier than the rest? Sure, but that's just the learning curve. Everyone should catch up super quick (same as later testers catching up to earlier testers).

And where Bort did reveal anything, there were about four or five of us who made sure to post that information in the GLB Main forum, or who have answered those questions here.
I try and differentiate my answers from "my opinion" and "what Bort or Admin said".

this truely feels like the blind leading the blind in the fog with sunglasses on in the middle of the night while sleep walking. I've played GLB1 since season 3 way before they dumbied it down with archtypes and build stars and did just fine building effective dots. I am totally at a lose how to build or even know if I'm on the right build track. Great job GLB2 developers for any idea of build guidelines or real help. I guess they figure we should spend hard earn $ to learn how to play this new game. In the mean time get us all pissed off and quite both games in the process. Nice for sight their boys. I'll probably be playing out my flex accounts and be walking once that occurs.

season three players were spoiled. By season three build guides had been produced organically from within the user base. Slow building was becoming prevalent. I had a season one team with two good seasons at the prolevel before the slowbuilders hit the big leagues and us trailblazers were toast.
The whole deal with GLB2 is that there doesn't need to be build guides. You start day one building a competitive dot. and you build to be competitive right from the start. There are multiple ways to build a good dot. have fun with it.
