I've found Shoutgun screens are usually safe from the DT sack. Does First Step fire for the HB to get to the outside on the initial portion of a screen or is that scripted?

You can also get INTs off screens. Lucky for Mojo, they were able to pick up the best BTE in the game in the off season and they now rarely have to throw the ball.
