That is true, but considering we played the top three teams in the league in a matter of 5 games, and beat the #3 team on the road guided by Palmer's arm, there's no question about his leadership ability.
Well I wanted to take a stab at some rankings, so Im trying to do CBs. Formula is debatable, but uses Interceptions, forced fumbles, pass deflections, Team wins, and a little bit of player level. Theres a lot of good corners in our league
Its hard to rank them, and yes, great CBs who have low stats (pds, tackles ect), are generally doing there job and covering their man well so they dont see much action, BUT its just not going to get you much recognition! Unfortunately the awards are going to go to the guys who make plays!)
EDITED, I left out a few top notch CBs who had low # of deflections. Improved list:
Here they are, top 25:
1. sole man (Luxor) 2. Travis Bodden (Congo) 3. Scott Boros (Rwanda) 4. Coruroy Dawkins (Cleveland Bombers) 5. LeCharles Jackson (Tanzanian Morning Wood) 4. Wiggy Jones (Dune Hoppers) 5. Tigger Terriffic (Golden Eagles) 6. Al 'Press Coverage' Woodson (Golden Eagles) 7. Nik Budden(Tanzanian Morning Wood) 8. gaylord hanzie (Ethiopian Hippos) 9. Calvin Carter (Carthage) 10. JB Davenport (Rwanda) 11. Simion King (Texas Gunfighters) 12. bac countrix (Tanzanian Morning Wood) 13. The Shnitzel (Golden Eagles) 14. Champ Norris (Texas Gunfighters) 15. D.J Hoskin (Togo) 16. Spike Sisson (Botswana) 17. MyRoy Green (Zimbabwe) 18. Will Wynn (Dune Hoppers) 19. Nick Klein (Zanzibar) 20. Denny Dubs (Niger) 21. Pat Stephens (Tanzanian Morning Wood) 22. Here they are, top 20:

CB's are way too hard to rank. All season QB's avoided throwing to San Quinn because he doesn't give the QB an open window to throw to the receiver. Good job on the try though.
Ya, so of course dont take the list too seriously, because there are so many things to consider in a good CB, and you cant really judge them by tackles PD's ect. In fact, low PD's can really be a good thing, but hey its at least something to read!
Actually Hex, your CB San Quinn should be #17 on the list. I sorted League Defense and sorted it by PD's, so anyone under 16 PDs didnt get ranked. So anyone under 16 ill redo the rankings in a little while
Edited the list to include the ones I forgot. Like I said, its hard to rank CB's because often the ones doing a great job force the QB to throw elsewhere, BUT its just not going to get you a whole lot of recognition! Make some plays!
He's really coming into his own, with 4 ints in his last 3 games. Probably around 70-80% of his tackles came from supporting the run (he doesn't get thrown on very often), which he does very well also.
Ah, hes #28 on this list, how many cb's we have in the league? (32 teams, 4 cbs each? 128 or so) So 28/128 is pretty darn good! This simple formula just uses overall interceptions, and then id love to use tackles, but we would have to look through and find the % of tackles from runs versus pass
