It's LOL BSS, does it really matter?

There have been countless times where I can remember teams asking for no chem hit, I remember when dong energy asked for it and they were just trying to field a competitive roster and glb wouldn't cut them a break, forcing them to play with 10x3 chem. This reeks of favortism, and past practice since season 11 has been tough luck, I love how exceptions get mad at random times that completely destroy whatever integrity this game had left.

Yikes! I actually 100% agree with Dpride on this. WTF? How can they get a "free" chem pass when lots of teams are taking big chem hits up here just revising rosters? Stinks something awful.

yeah, a rogue admin not knowing the rules sounds like rather than fix the glitch just make 27 other glitches
