It's automatic placement, top 16 teams in the rookie league are all lumped into a conference unless there is a request otherwise. And it looks like all 16 in the West came from Rookie #1, and 2 in the east that didnt make the playoffs from rookie #1.

. We did well because of great agents and some good game planning, but there is only so much you can do to make up that 3 lvl difference. either way if this is where we are, then so be it.. we won't be laying down for no one.
