Yes, you always had to do it. Even HBs can complete passes http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=2120688&pbp_id=2304939 so anyone can complete them to uncovered receivers.

Yes, ive seen your HB pass, congrats, but like ive said before. 3 other WL DC, have Rushing QB defenses that leave Wrs or TEs open. obviously they feel/felt different than you. considering they are all still DC's in the WL and you are just an average poster. Ill side with them.

Game 18: 33-52

Might want to try flicking that switch a few more times

But he held their rushing QB to 0 passing yards

Its not that we dont know that his QB can run and pass. Its about wanting to completely changing your defense for 1 game, 1 regular season game, a game that you know Cernet is probably gameplanning alot for. Knowing that even if the defense worked in that game, you will need to change in in the playoffs because you already showed a defense that was capable of stopping the rushing/passing QB. Its just not worth it. Sorry

I could design basic plays in about 5 minutes and I haven't DC'd in more than a year. Anyone too lazy to do that because it's the regular season in the WL shouldn't be DCing at all or act like they are.

it's really not that simple if you want to win. and unless you are planning on 16-0 there's no reason to blow up your AI trying to account for a dual threat QB.

i stand by my strategy but maybe i shouldn't be DCing or act like I DC?

I could create a base 2WR play, base 3WR play, and base 4/5WR play that would prevent that shitty rQB from beating my team or in your case just giving him an easy goalline run play to lose.

Seriously, it is that simple. You don't have to blow up your AI. You already have rQB tags in there. He's not a dual threat QB. He's an rQB that can throw to uncovered dots.

By all means, do your scouting, make your plays, test your plays, then tweak your plays, then hope they work. lol There is more than just just making the play that goes into it. So tell that to Taut and Bug apparently , EE apparently, my DC obviously. I mean who are you guys to tell them how to DC? if they dont think its worth it, then its not worth it. They all know how to DC. if they dont think its worth it for 1 game, then its not. who cares, its just regular season

Yes, but because of a few wise SA and VA selections i think. as a rushing QB, he is pretty insane. and by the 2nd half he will be ripping your defense to shreds, just as a rusher. Its a beast dot to say the least.

ee of 10 seasons ago would have taken care of it. he's gotten lazy and jaded. I'm pretty sure taut hadn't even watched a sim the entire pre-season or really saw it coming as this wasn't some tactic they've used in the past. bug is terrible, so he doesn't count. knowing how to DC and actually doing it is another.

And again, there's no scouting involved, no need to test plays. You just have to make sure that you're covering dots. I'm not talking about refining some sort of defense to be the best it can be. Just having one that doesn't have gaping holes in it that leaves dots completely uncovered.

have you watched this dot? like as a rusher? You might want to watch some film on him. there is more to him than meets the eye

yup, I've seen an average at best rQB who has a very active OC doing a great job using him against lazy DCs. Oh and these are the same DCs complaining that they don't have to game plan at all anymore because of how the sim is. So clearly it's not like they have anything else to do.

Yea, no, we didnt gameplan because we were going to have to change the defense and they used Mini helmets, Its about time management. I know we didnt think it was worth it because of the helmets the the time needed to change the defense for the 1 game.
