I'd still send a letter to support with a list of the CPU teams and see what they can do for you...
You don't have much time though, I'd get it done ASAP! Non competitive teams/empty rosters shouldn't be able to hold a spot.

Regional Pro is a lot harder than National Pro cuz the talent pool is a lot more concentrated
