To answer you question - Wrexham Maelor WAS a province in Wales until (I think) 1996, now it's just known as Wrexham. Our team's logo is the crest of Wrexham. Brionnfhionn is Welsh for salmon. In Welsh mythology the salmon represented wisdom and a few other things I can't remember.

To be honest, In naming the team my GMs and I just looked for the most ridiculous word in Welsh we could find.
