I doubt we're getting 32 teams representitives, you might just want to allow prominent personalities from around the league, with some restrictions in place. For example, you can't vote for your own teams players (just an example).

WE can't do that, because what if your player really was the best in the league at that position? It just shouldn't count if they have a ridiculous amount of their players on it, or if their player wasn't good at all, and totally didn't deserve the award.

I will send a pm to all the owners about this and then we will see how many spots we have open after...

Good idea...

And I agree you should not be able to vote for your own teams players. It usually works out best that way. The loss of a vote from your team for that player is far better for him, than a bunch of owners voting for subpar players from their own teams.

Well if we make a ballot of like 5 players, then owners will not be able to vote for a subpar guy on their team

I'll have my director of scouting, Garidan, handle the voting details for the Kodiak Grizzlies, he'll be the member of our management team that is most familiar with the personnel throughout the league. As the rest of us have many other responsibilities, his is literally scouting each of your rosters.

I'd suggest that each team gets a vote for each position for pro bowl and can vote for any player not on their own roster. Also each team can vote for 3 players for MVP, and again no votes for your own players. The 3 MVP votes should be ordered to count 1st, 2nd and 3rd place votes.

As a point of interest one game in my O-line has to be considered with 527 rushing yards between our two HBs!!!
