I think Oakland may be a tad underrated this season. They've had some tough losses yes and still have a date with Waco on the schedule but they've played basically all the other tough teams in the league and have suffered close losses against several. They also may be waiting to make their move in playoffs.
As far as overrated teams go, I can't really think of any besides the obvious one. I think most everybody else is living up to their hype, beating who they should beat and losing to the teams that are favored against them. However I don't think we've seen that big blockbuster upset this season, like Spicewood and Dallas beating Bel Air or Grand Haven beating Scottsdale last season.
