Not gonna call anyone out, since it was a honest mistake. H4L did run our defense for the 2nd half of the season. Did an excellent job at it I might add. Decided for the playoffs to throw a curve and go with a previous DC(at H4L's request). Seems obvious in retrospect we should have had a private scrimmage with someone or something to test it out. Hindsight is always a bitch.
We weren't having a ton of luck moving the ball on the tough Canton D, so it probably changed nothing but the score differential(perhaps something more like 13-3 or 17-3 otherwise).

Not about calling anyone out either for making a DC mistake in the playoffs. Maybe this should be a suggestion. Like have the player highlighted that is OC or DC for the game so there is no confusion. Silly that it has to be private.

Not really a bad decision so much as a flat out error. Calling that play on purpose is a bad decision. Having it show up in that situation is more of a 'looks like somebody fucked up' moment. It has happened to anyone that has DC'd long enough - probably more often to the ones that care enough to try and do major work to AI's.
You have an interesting point about the visibility of the coordinators, but not sure how that would work. Guess it would be easy as long as the AI active for that game was pulled direct from the agents tactics, but if the AI is pulled from team AI then what?
