I tried doing all and putting them together, but I fail at life so it didn't work. But this shows how it pops up expanded, and like edit mode is on but as you can see edit mode is off.

When this happens, do you see anything that says "Error on Page" or something similar along the bottom edge of the window?

This happens to me when I have a slooooowwwwww 3G connection on my laptop, mac, and iphone. Regardless of the browser. The homepage will load in expanded view and then collapse once fully loaded. Pain in the ass tbh.

Not sure what you're running (dsl, uverse, cable modem) but try a speed test and see if you're getting hung up or if your provider capped or reduced your bandwidth well below what they should have.

here's 3 sites and my test results for comparison. I prefer the first site but you can see that they're all pretty much in the same ballpark.

http://www.speedtest.net/ ping 31ms 16.21 MB down / 1.46 MB up
http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ 16.68 MB down / 1.48 MB up
http://www.bandwidthplace.com/ 16.86MB down / 1.44 MB up

GLB uses a good amount of client side script. It is that script that allows the expand and collapse features. The entire page must load as mentioned above before the client side script can execute. This is not a GLB bug, but rather a result of a slow-load.

Not a bug.

Did not get an error, I've since disabled java for the site so I'll turn it on and see if it's still happening. I'll also test speed like cable said.

Fish is right. That's what it looks like when the client side scripts haven't finished running. With no errors on the page, this is most likely a performance issue on your end.

Please do not take this to GLB Support. They will just re-direct you back here

This is an issue of a slow internet connection - or a lost packet(s) - or just a slow cpu. Any time it happens to me, I just restart the browser and things go back to normal.
