Im glad you said something because I know I made the forum, butI instantly waanted to talk about A&M's traditions.haha
The 12th man tradition is something special! with the student body standing the entire game signifying our readyness to go into the game at anytime.
The fighten texas aggie band
Maroon Out! the game we pulled off the red white and blue in a weeks time against OSU was pretty amazing
Yell Leaders being able to organize 80+ thousand in cheers at one time
Revellie
Used to be Bonfire
Kiss your date every score

Smokey is awesome though... A&M is in the middle of possibly switching dog breeds for our mascot this year.
The checkered endzones never get old!

Smokey the dog actually got into a fight with the Baylor black bear in the 50's and it was a DRAW! But blue-tick coonhounds aren't tiny dogs

The Bonfire was really cool, shame what happened there
Like the kiss your date thing too
It's the little ones that nobody else does that sets a school out.

Tortilla throwing is the best tradition.
Ball grabbing (A&M) is the worst.
I'm sorry, but you're gonna have to explain the Torilla throwing, that sounds interesting

Once, an A&M player called Texas Tech, "Tortilla Tech." So, the students flung tortillas at the game that year. Since then, it's died down, but it's surprisingly impressive to see a wave a tortillas gliding down upon the visitor's sideline.
Personally, and of course I'm biased, the Masked Rider's entrance is as good as any in college football, right up there with Florida State's guy planting the spear.
At A&M, not gonna lie, the swaying thing is impressive, but a lot of the things they do just don't make sense.

everything we do at a&m makes sense, you just have to know the traditions and stories they come from and why we do them.
Gig' em came from when we played TCU one year there was a guy that walked around campus saying gig em and using his thumb to show shoven the gig in them basically.... and a gig is what you use when you go frog hunting.
Personally, Im baised against Tech haha, and I truthfully think one of the most uncool looks is the way that dude dresses when he rides his little horse around.
VT and Clemson both have really cool entrances.. I know its definately not the best entrance by any means but everytime A&M takes the field walking behind our drummers i get the chills

lol dont get me started with Nebraska's tradition
I like the Sea of Red when it actually fills up the stadium and everybody is red.
Tennessee is usually like that with orange, you can always pick out where they stick the opposing teams fans
