Where in the FAQ's or other documents that are scattered across this site may I find the demotion guidelines? Everyone that is in Gold currently believes it to be the bottom 4 in each conference that gets demoted. Lacking a keyword search I would appreciate you pointing me to it.

I think they should demote every team that doesnt make the playoffs.

You would get lots of new teams all the time. you can pretty much just float as it is now and survive.

We would still be in Gold with Buzz's team had we had the correct information.

I'd focus on the Kill Devil Hill Fliers in your complaint to Support. If what EB is telling you is correct (I'm thinking it was just a BS excuse rather than fact), then why are KDHF still in Gold? I'd tell them that you would like to be swapped out with them, as clearly they should not still be in Gold.

I am not going to go begging for someone's spot. The simple fact of the matter is, if GLB had communicated their guidelines for demotion--Buzz and I would still be in Gold. Because we would have kept his team instead of mine.

We made a decision based on outdated or just plain bad information. Information that everyone else believed to be true. This site is littered with dated information. You control peoples ability to check you by not making a keyword search available.

I see it for what it is now and I will base my purchase decisions going forward on that knowledge.

Sorry to hear that Harmon..Support doesn't really ever get anything right about PW. I also do not know when the demotion/promotion changed. Last season it was the bottom 4.

They are also very hypocritical if they will let you switch with someone else (Not that I mind that). I was CPU with the Bass last season and they WOULD NOT ... NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE, bring DA into gold and swap us out. This was after 10+ tickets from multiple people.

Thanks Deluca. The ironic part of it is that KDH has Buzz's spot. If he had re-upped his team KDH would not be in Gold.
