I understand the theory and what happened to the players on my team. I also know that it worked differently for at least 4 out of the 5 teams ahead of us in the standings!
If our top players who had been at the same level as their top players maxed out the season at Level 14 yet the #2 team in the conference http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=751 had more than 40 players reach Level 15 when they boosted level 7 before the beginning of the season as well!

The problem with this statement is we have to take your word for it that this other team boosted to level 7.
Honestly, we can't verify off the words of an individual, even if they are a great dude like yourself.
I really don't see this being a bug, more so as a misunderstanding as to what those other teams did vs. what your team did..
It's hard to dig back and find the subjective evidence.
All of my players in this level range are either Non Boosters, or are level 12-15 depending on whether I have boosted this season yet. I have some level 12's, and one level 15. All are on top teams in their league so the evidence doesn't help..

Another thing could be is that we can't tell for sure when everyone boosted. Some of those players might have boosted 2 or 3 days after everyone else. This would also throw off the XP gains a little.

Are you sure they boosted 4-7 at the beginning of the season rather than before the playoffs?
They only won 41-21 against their 1st playoff opponent early in the regular season but won the playoff game by over 100, that suggests to me as if they boosted before the playoffs (I know gameplan could have been the reason but that is a big swing)

I just confirmed with this owner that they boosted 1-4, then from 12-15.

I'm going to mark this NOT LIKELY A BUG.
I think the lack of XP was due to the time of boosting. The comparisons didn't check out.

I have a dot on EllisUnits team that was called out earlier in the thread. I boosted last day of s20 and the same day as our playoff game in s21. He got max xp every day and hit lvl 15.
As I look at your post that had all the xp history I can see a couple xp here and a few xp there that don't match the others. That, and the timing on boosting is what's accounting for the difference imo.
I'm verifying this as not likely a bug.
