what u do is take the pic of ur player
paste it into a new image
create a new layer
us the curved line tool to trace the outline of the player with a color that stands out
make sure u leave no spaces between ur lines
use the paintbucket to paint everything outside of ur outline the color of your outline
merge ur layer down
use the wand to select the colored part
hit delete on your keyboard
use the wand to click the checkered part
hit control i
hit control c




part 2 (new picture)

copy the banner from GLB
cut it down to look good
hit edit->paste
position your player
click image-->resize-->75x75
save as a jpg (not a pdn)

and your done
