WVWP isn't CEQ or boost, so I doubt we get it done (although we have a few times in the past, lol).

I'm throwing out a dark horse for S1 - Little Ohio State PeeWee's. Just played them with STD. They were using basic DAI and it was still tough to move the ball on them b/c of their great builds. IF (I say IF) they use real AI come playoff time I think the league is theirs.

CTJ is in S3 with DA. 6 of the 8 Silver leagues they would probably win easy.

In order to get more Competition in gold they should find out right now who's going CPU next Season.. Add that many more Silver Teams.. There are some really good Silver Teams that belong in Gold instead of CPU Teams... Honestly who wants to play CPU's every 3rd game? A solid Silver team trumps CPU's any day..

I believe the opposite. Cut Silver in half to 4 leagues and just promote both teams that make the championship game. The 8 demoted Gold teams will find themselves in the 8 Silver conferences so every Silver conference will get a demoted Gold team to even things out.
